All you need to do is complete the following 5 steps:
The first step is to fill out our easy, online order form. Your answers and feedback will provide us with the information and inspiration we need to deliver a design that meets your needs. Please, FEEL FREE to share ANY information you can think of - even if you're unsure if it's relevant or not. The more information you provide from square one, the better we'll be able to provide a design that's a perfect fit for your business. At this point, you'll also make the required 50% deposit. Once your transaction has been approved, design work will begin IMMEDIATELY.
After you've submitted your order form, the next step in the process comes. When you receive our confirmation email, PLEASE REVIEW THE EMAIL CAREFULLY!!! If any important information is missing, or seems to have been misinterpreted, let us know as soon as possible. We'll do the same. If at any time we need additional information or insight, you'll get an email from us requesting what's missing. At this point in time, your order is most likely already well in progress.
The next order of business is the submission and review of your design's first draft. Your first draft will be submitted via email within the timeframe specified in the design package you picked. Your first draft will be submitted as either a .pdf or .jpeg file attachment.
Once you've had a chance to preview your first draft design options, it's time to pick your favorite. Your final selection will then be honed and improved to perfection. To do this, we'll need you to supply a detailed summary of the improvements or modifications you're looking for. The NUMBER of revisions that you can request will be determined by the design package and options you ordered at the start.
The 5th and final step in the process is to give the revised design your official stamp of approval. Once you've given the final draft the thumbs-up, the remaining balance will be invoiced at this point. Once the funding has cleared, we'll send over the finalized package via postal or digital delivery (email). Best of all, you OWN the final piece wholly and totally, right down to the copyright.
